Return & Exchange
Thank you for shopping at YewenDress.com. We hope you love what you ordered, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the process super easy for you.
1. For uncustomized sizes, we accept return/exchange requests within 15 days of the delivered date.
3. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with all original labels attached.
Note: For customize sizes, we don't accpet return request for size issues.
Note: We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Note: Please do not send your returns to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
1.Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, please indicate:
The item(s) you‘d like to return/exchange;
Reasons for each return/exchange item;
New item link/color/size for exchange.
2.After getting return/exchange confirmation from customer service, please follow the email instructions to return the item(s) and reply with return tracking information.
3.Wait for return refund or exchange.
Note: Besides quality reasons, return shipping fees are at your own expense.
Note: For exchange, we will cover the shipping fees of the new package after confirming your returning tracking information
Note: Usually we will start the exchange process immediately after confirming your return tracking information so that you can receive your exhchange item(s) as early as possible.
1.Returns will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt of your package.
2.Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
3.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Note: The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
