Thank you for shopping at YewenDress.com. We hope you love what you ordered, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the process super easy for you.
Return/Exchange Conditions
1. For uncustomized sizes, we accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of the delivered date.
2. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with all original labels attached.
Note: For customize sizes, we don't accpet return request for size issues.
Note: We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Important Note:
●Please contact us to receive the return address.
●Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package or our business address on our page.
●These are not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
●You should only send it to the address we have provided for you.
Return/Exchange Process
- Email us at caoyewen2012@gmail.com to process a return or exchange.
- We will then provide return address, and instructions.
- Send us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).
- Wait for refunds or exchange.
Please note:
*Besides quality reasons, Return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; delivery charges are also nonrefundable.
*Returns and exchanges must be posted within 7 days upon receiving your order. * *Returns made after 7 days will not be accepted.
*All returns must be received in their original condition(unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached.
Items Not Eligible For Return & Exchange:
- All Clearance items (the product description will say if the item is Final Sale.
- All special items (Bodysuits, Custom Size, Custom-Made Dress).
FOR CANCELLATION POLICY:
All our items are made-to-order, please refer to our cancellation policy below:
●Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
●Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
●Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.
●Cancel order ≥120 hours after payment: 30% refund +shipping fee.
●Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order, please wait receive it first , Then contact us for return
Refund
1.Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your package.
2.Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
