Processing Time

Most YEWEN dresses require approximately 7–15 business days for customization and production before shipment.

During peak seasons or for highly handcrafted designs, production may take slightly longer. If you need your dress by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your timeline can be accommodated.

Shipping Time

We offer free standard shipping to countries and regions we can ship to. Standard orders are typically shipped via USPS or another postal carrier, with an estimated transit time of 8–15 business days.

If you need your dress sooner, you can choose Express Shipping (5–8 business days) for an additional fee starting from US $30.

For DHL Express shipments to the USA, please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unexpected circumstances, including customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
