Instead, we offer pre-order service and produce limited quantities of selected styles. Many of our best-selling designs are available for pre-order service, ensuring that each dress is made for someone who truly loves and values it.

Processing Time
Most YEWEN dresses require approximately 7–15 business days for customization and production before shipment. During peak seasons or for highly customized designs, production time may be slightly extended. If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to meet your timeline.
Before shipping, every dress goes through a strict quality inspection process to ensure the fabric, stitching, size, and overall craftsmanship meet our standards.
Shipping Time
Under normal circumstances, Standard Shipping (8–15 business days) is free worldwide.
If you need your dress sooner, you can choose Express Shipping (4–8 business days) with an additional shipping fee starting from US $30.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by unexpected situations such as customs clearance, holidays, or weather delays. If you need your dress by a specific date, please contact our customer service team before ordering so we can confirm the estimated arrival time.
Custom Order Policy:
Custom-made dresses require approximately 20–30 days for production. Since each custom dress is uniquely made according to your selected size, color, and design details, custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
