I wish I could write a positive review because I love all the styles they offer on their site. However, there were several things that were a major turn off from this company. First, the dress arrived later than promised so I could not use it for the session I really needed it for. I reached out because it had been past the delivery date and they told me there was a delay with this specific fabric but that it would be shipped asap so that I get it in time. They still did not deliver on time and was not given any kind of apology or compensation for the inconvenience. Then when it finally arrived, the dress was stained. I used it about 2 weeks later for another session so I had not even taken it out from the package (I was so disappointed.) when I noticed large bleach-like circle stains in a pattern alllllllll around the bottom of the dress. The dress is a beige color and these circles are bright white so it’s very noticeable. I emailed the company in regards to this with photos and I have not heard back from them.
So I am very saddened and disappointed by this whole experience.
As a professional photographer, I need professional vendors I can trust. This is not an experience I’d want my fellow photographers to go through so beware and/or order way in advance to ensure you receive your order in time for your session.
